A little history about me....
I was born in Orlando and moved to Roswell when I was 9. I went to Milton High School (the old one) and enjoyed playing in the Marching Band. I decided I wanted to teach because I love "ah-hah" moments and the unique personalities of students as they grow up. I went to Kennesaw State University, and started teaching at Dolvin in February 2006.

Interests...
I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, cycling, or on the water. Since purchasing a house in Cumming, I've taken up chickens and honey bees, and find joy in mentoring others beginning the hobby. I try to garden....but I'm thinking it's just not a natural talent of mine. Something to continue working at, I guess. When I wrecked my motorcycle, I took up whitewater kayaking the following day. (Motorcycle was fixed, so now I just struggle to find time to use and money to maintain all these toys.)
The rumors are true....I'm a little bit of an 'Earth Freak' and try to reuse / recycle anything I can.
Carson, my nephew, learning how to touch
his nose with his tongue. He can finally do it!
