Teachers are to make daily contact with families. Many have said the e-mails are too much. I completely understand this shift is difficult, families are juggling multiple children in the household with different curriculum and formats, still trying to work from home, while at the same time trying to keep stress levels down.
Therefore, I will try to respect your need for time and simplicity with sending just one e-mail daily, first thing in the morning, to all the families I work with, and then replying to individual e-mails throughout the day. I will also use this blog page to type messages, so it's easier to skim thru information previously sent.
What may turn out to be easiest is sending a link to this blog via e-mail each morning....? You tell me, I'll do it. ;)
For a complete list of weekly newsletters for the entire year, I have a Google Doc here.
